If so, the NCAA needs to be notified.

Came out on a game bcast. I was at a wedding so not sure when. Half time maybe? I don't recall. or maybe during game. But no matter. There's some smoke to this issue.

MIAA has this rule for transfers from one conf team to another. YOu have to sit if you stay in Conf. unless you graduated already.

The NCAA and GLIAC may have been notified. We shall see if they enforce their rules.

Going with secondary violation stance. I wonder if all parties agree.

Interesting. Depending how this turns out, an already interesting PO picture becomes that much more interesting.

No it won't. They're not going to do anything. When was the last time any school, let alone a D-II school where this is going to get next to no attention, was forced to forfeit games because of a secondary violation? They're just going to be told to not do it again.

Maybe so. But we know TA's background. Maybe that makes it more of a reason for no further action. LOL

But, this may be an issue of a student going to school A over school B if he was promised playing time vs maybe being told by other schools that he'd have to sit a year. So Xerris still wins? it'll be interesting with whatever comes of this.

That's true. If he was told by other schools that he would have to sit, and Ferris told him he could play, then that would be a major issue. So I guess we'll have to see if the NCAA still considers it a secondary violation, or if that would make it a major violation.
