It's Make-Up Monday. Not a full slate, but pretty close. There are some key divisional games on the board tonight.

East Stroudsburg at Bloomsburg - It's always harder on the road but this bus ride is just what the doctor ordered for the Warriors. The Huskies have hit train-wreck status -- losers of 8 of their past 9 outings. They've played tight in some of them and been blown out in others. The Warriors should be a fired up bunch tonight coming off Saturday's disappointing home loss. ESU wins. Big. Warriors -18

Gannon at IUP - We saw how UPJ played with a hangover last week. Will the same illness strike an IUP team that was at its emotional peak just 48 hours ago? The Crimson Hawks played with more energy and enthusiasm Saturday than they had all year. That's tough to duplicate in back-to-back games - especially with just one days' rest. Gannon's mindset is a little harder to predict. This will be the 5th road game in the Knights' past 6 outings. They've been living the hotel life since Friday. Will they be fired up or just want to get back to Erie? Gannon has lost 4 of its past 6 games -- but, probably could have won three of those tight defeats. Expect the typical IUP/GU war -- and, probably a slow start from IUP. But, Joe is hard to beat inside the KCAC -- and the Knights have struggled away from the Hammermill this season. IUP wins the second half. Hawks -5

Seton Hill at Clarion - The Griffins won a thriller two days ago, 93-92. Expect another tonight. These teams are just a great match-up. Both can play much better than their records. Both can play just like their records on some nights, too. Seton Hill is much different in Greensburg than it is on the road. That drop-off in play is the difference tonight. Golden Eagles get their payback. Clarion -5

Slippery Rock at Edinboro - The Rock, once hot, is ice cold -- losers of 4 of their past 5 games. Granted, it's been a brutal stretch of schedule. Edinboro played very well in a loss at IUP last week despite having several key players out. Will they be back tonight? At now two games off the West pace, SRU cannot afford to drop a game to any team below them in the standings. This won't be an easy trip to McComb, but SRU pulls it out. Rock -7

West Chester at Shepherd - The host Rams have won 3 of 4, and, by their standards, exploded for 79 points in Saturday's win against Lock Haven. These two play tonight and then again on Wednesday. West Chester is in a funk. Damien's Rams are in a 2-4 slide and coming off a rare loss in Mansfield. These two will likely split. Each wins at home. So, tonight, it's Shepherd -4

Millersville at Kutztown - Past two games, Kutztown beat division-leading Shippensburg and then turned around and lost to the division's basement occupant. The Golden Bears have been hard to predict all year. They have good nights, awful nights and many somewhere in between. The bad news for KU is perhaps the leagues' hottest team is coming to town tonight. Millersville has reeled off 7 straight and is again playing with the confidence we saw in November. All logic would point to the Marauders winning big. But, logic and Kutztown haven't exactly gone together this year. Millersville gets the win, but it will be closer than people think. The Marauders my be looking ahead to Wednesday. 'Ville -7

I suspect a good one tomorrow night.

IUP was pretty high emotionally yesterday. We'll see if they can tune it up again.

Gannon is going to win of these close games sooner or later.

    Makeup Monday tomorrow.

    Seton Hill vs Clarion

    Part 2 ... 48 hours later.

IUP has one of these coming up. This Saturday at SRU and then Monday SRU at the KCAC.

No doubt the second games will be chippy.

I've always felt that the depth that is East Stroudsburg's strength can occasionally be a problem for them as well. Wilson runs a lot of players in and out during a game, and I think that messes with their offensive continuity at times. And they can talk about depth, but they're not the same team when Pepin is out. He sat out a lot of the first half with two fouls. I can't believe Ship only seven FTs with how physical that game was. ESU didn't shoot a ton of them, The refs certainly let them play.

If you'd told me before that game that Nedrow would be out again and Carter wouldn't score, I wouldn't have given a nickel for Ship's chances.
I think that's a very good point about ESU. It's a possibility that Wilson's bringing guys in who don't bring much to the table. I think Ship's 8, 9, 10 guys might be getting PT in that type of system.

Almost. Reminded me of the 90s.

IUP got to 60. And, Armoni had 30 of them.

    Great game for Armoni.

Just an atrociously officiated game. Both ways but think it benefitted IUP more.
    The press break needs work.

Armoni was at a different level today. Both ends.
