I am not good enough with the PRS system, but even if Findlay loses to Ashland and Lake Erie, not sure that will be enough to overtake Findlay. I know that Findlay beat KWC head to head, but I don't think PRS cares so much about that. What is bad is KWC's loss to Walsh at Walsh. Walsh is 10th in the GMAC and that loss is worse than any Findlay had all year. Just have to win the GMAC conference tournament (most likely at Findlay) and then you are in.
Update: I did check the KPI for both teams. Findlay is 50. KWC is 60. This takes into account yesterday's win. 60th just isn't going to get it done without winning the GMAC. As I suspected, the loss to Walsh is the worst loss KWC has this year, and it is worse than Findlay's loss to Cedarville. When it comes to KPI, you need quality wins (on the road even better) and avoid bad losses.
Assuming KWC wins later this week, the highest they will be in the regional rankings next week will be 9th. So they know what is needed to be done. Win the conference tournament next week.Last edited by Bballfan; 02-25-2025, 08:51 AM.

Back to back years getting embarrassed on home court in the GMAC Quarterfinals. Absolutely mind-blowing we came out as flat and got out-worked. Malone is not an impressive team, and that is a terrible loss for a team that played so well at home all year.
Proven track record of piss poor postseason performance. So frustrating.

And the article points out the reality of D2 sports today. Minor D1 teams lose good players to major D1 teams. So the minor D1's go and poach from the D2. D2's are left trying to get NAIA or D3 players. Maybe a transfer from another D2. But it is sad what college sports is today with the transfer portal and no guardrails.

Here's the only list I've been able to put together off Twitter. Surprised there has been absolutely NOTHING out of the athletics departments on signings.
Ke'Andre Jones- 6'6 200lb, Texas A&M-Kingsville
LaVonte Harris- 6'7 210lb, UINDY
JJ Faulkner- 6'0 160lb, NW Florida State College
Jorge Sanchez-Ramos- 6'2 160lb, La Salle
Looks like I'm just missing about 9 more....
