It's good promotion. Wesleyan will get a lot of exposure this year. The Findlay game at the Sportscenter will also be just as much fun. It's going to be a good rivalry. I really think that all of the athletic departments in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference are trying to align their programs with student centered athletes. You can call them scholars. They are students first, even when a large online publication calls us The Great Mid Atlantic Conference?

The University of Findlay men's basketball team will host the Toledo Rockets in a charity exhibition game THIS TUESDAY, Oct. 24 at 8:00 pm. All the proceeds from the game will be given to the Red Cross and will go towards helping those impacted by the recent Hurricanes.

Kudos to them for traveling to Croy to play, though. That takes some guts. Not an easy place for a visitor to play.

I have frequently wondered how the good D2 teams would do in the exhibitions if they were allowed to play at home. Toledo is certainly not top 25, but they were .500 last season in a very respectable MAC.

No surprise to me... Findlay is very good. They shot extremely well from the 3, something that a defensive minded D1 coach should be very irritated about. Kimbrough was good from the 3, but only 2 for 10 on 2's, which makes me guess that some of those shots were not well selected. I still think that Findlay needs to reduce Kimbrough's shots and spread the ball around more.

What I have seen of UF, Kimbrough should just be getting the ball to Sullivan. He is the man!

Findlay looks to be in mid season form as you all looked fantastic on both ends. Ferris game was a really competitive and fun game to watch. Nice wins for both programs.
