Hmm, seeing on verbal commits that Joey Morlan and Kwenton Scott have left Cedarville. I thought they were two of their better returning players...anyone know what's up with that??

First I've heard this. Assuming that Okoro and TenHove are back, I think the loss of Scott hurts more than Morlan. Somehow, I'm not surprised about Morlan. Maybe its because he already transferred from an unhappy situation once, or maybe its just because I never thought he looked comfortable out there, IDK.

Stay calm and watch...so much depends on the coaching system. A score of KWC 48 to 43 is still a win.

That's silly. Even losing Sullivan and Kimbrough UF legitimately can be assumed to be the top team in the league, at least at this point. We all know what these preseason polls are worth once the balls start bouncing, but until that time Findlay has to be considered the team to beat.

FWIW, I don't take exception to KWC being in the lower half of the league in this poll. I'm just thinking dead last is a bit extreme. But, we shall see. I know for a fact at least some of the players noticed, and are using it for motivation.

I think the top teams (who ever they are) in the G-MAC will be down from last year. Games will be more interesting and I hope KWC players will have a good experience as they grow into college players.
