      Exactly Look at the transfer Shippensburg got in Josh Gontarek. He would easily of been the no 1 at Bloomsburg, being a former starter at Albany.

        And then there is Qashah Carter at IUP - originally he committed to bloom, but for some reason ended up walking on at IUP, becoming All conference return guy, and madethe 2 deep WR as a freshman.

          The pre-Hale years. Under Coach Adrian, they ran with 1 back and 4 receivers; they were not the best years.
