If they happen to play again in November or early December the outcome could be different although the Rock would be favored by probably 4 points give or take a point and half.

Bullock has not been a big part of their offense this year. He was a dynamic and electrifying player his freshman and sophomore years. He was that last year as a junior until he hurt his knee. He's not been as strong of a back since then. Duane Brown is actually the best RB on the team, but he's also the best WR. In 2017, Bullock, Brown, and Evans all had a heavy workload as running backs and split about 40-50 carries per game.
