    To me, UF, LSU, and USC are currently B-list. Florida State has descended to C-list until further notice.

    They're not top six, but they could probably beat at least 90 percent of the D1 teams in the country. To me, that is not Plan-B. If it is to you, so be it.

    Penn State is second tier. Maybe on the top end of the second tier but second tier nevertheless
