Surprisingly in QUEENS where I live, ordinarily cantankerous NEW YORKERS are complying in the 90-100% range including the morning ritual of lining up to see a teller at CITIBANK. Shops are open to various degrees and people are going about their lives. Of course that might have to do with the area being among the BLUEST in the nation. In any event life is as good as can be expected.

According to CCC, hours to days depending on the environment. Sunny, hot shortens the life span, cool dark stretches it out. Biggest issue is casual hand to face contact after exposure. Humans tend to touch their face, mouth and nose much more than we realize.

Mjtheman, if your up-to-date with your facts, you will see it is effecting ages 20-35 now. More 20 yrs olds. Thats your college age student-athletes. If they had on a mask BIG chance they would id not caught it. Numbers have gone down amongst older people. JUST WEAR THE DAMM MASL

The frat houses full of 250 drunks in a basement aren't going to wear masks. The goal is to get much closer to the co-eds than 6' (if I remember college correctly).Originally posted by Ballin51 View PostMjtheman, if your up-to-date with your facts, you will see it is effecting ages 20-35 now. The college nightlife will pose a WAY bigger problem than any sport.
The day these campuses open back up ... it's unfortunately Covid Season.
If there's a way to keep college kids from partying ... probably better odds of curing cancer.
It's going to be a mess. The party-scene will be worse than any sports field.

It's probably going to be a bigger mess for the townies who live in college towns.Originally posted by IUPbigINDIANS View Post

They should just quarantine the campuses. Make mommy Karen and daddy Ken pay for it too. That will force something...Originally posted by IUPbigINDIANS View Post

Schools have zero jurisdiction over what happens even 1 inch over the 'campus' line. At almost all schools the main party scene is technically off-campus. Of course the next day at the 8am class all that gets brought in to campus buildings.Originally posted by IUPNation View Post
