I'm not sure. The talking heads all think he could still be charged.

I know, I was exaggerating. I’d be surprised if there’s any sort of criminal charge. But a lawsuit, sure. DK may have screwed himself out of more than two game checks. Crazy part is if the Ravens lose Saturday night he might not have played much, if at all, in the last two games anyway.

He got to DK last year to the point that he reported the guy to Seahawks security. I’m sure he’s done it to other players but DK reacted. So obviously he’s going to target him again since these losers thrive on getting reactions.

I bet it gets reduced down to one game. The contact looks like it was minimal and as its been proven already, the fan was the antagonizer and targeted Metcalf.

The arbitrator already upheld the two game suspension. Is there a process in the CBA for a second appeal that would change the outcome or for the league to unilaterally say “we’re changing it to one game”?

Just saw that. I doubt there's more than one appeal - but I did see that the league says its going to look into other incidents with that fan.

No, no he’s a Lions fan. When Seattle played in Detroit last year the guy allegedly said enough to DK that he reported him to security. That’s why he targeted him again.

My guess is that the suspension isn’t going to be lifted since the arbitrator already ruled but the fan will quietly be barred from the stadium and other NFL games.
