Instead of donating a million bucks to get his track coach's name on the basketball arena..he should have donated cash to build a state of the art track and field on the South Campus where the baseball field is...and then when the The Cig gets rebuilt one day we could have closed it in since there would be no need for the track.

This is why I should be running the place.
Only if you wear an IUP track suit on the sideline for games.

Oh, I've got to think Millersville could handle it quite well. They host a 50-school HS invitational. I don't know if they have allowed for a steeplechase water pit; that's the only thing I could think they'd be missing.

Shepherd's is better than that. Scoreboard is now where those trees are in the endzone near the road.

Yeah..youse need to center the visiting side at some point. Then it will be quite nice.

That stadium would look good in Indiana, PA.

Did a little deeper dive into Lock Haven's season. LHU will need to build on momentum from this year and continue to win in the transfer portal. This year's 5 wins are a little deceptive as they played 7 teams with 3 or less wins. It is rare to see a schedule with with 7 teams 3 or more games below .500. 5-2 against the seven teams. They did play three 9-2 teams and were competitive. Time to build on this year.

Since 2000 LHU has 9 total wins vs. teams with 4 or more wins and only 4 wins against teams with a winning record.... 2002 win vs. 6-5 Shippensburg, 2003 win vs 7-4 Bloomsburg, 2016 win vs. 6-5 Bloomsburg, and 2017 win vs. 7-4 Bloomsburg.

The biggest yuck is the perimeter prison fence that’s been there forever. It’s ugly AF and makes for a terrible entrance. The press box is awful..We are surprised it’s still bolted on the stands.

But it’s really not that much worse than anybody else’s barn.
I will say the best visiting side to watch a game just for the viewing vantage is Walk On U…you can sit pretty high up and you get a nice southern view of the Chester County countryside south of The WC.
Edinboro's visitor side gets a few points over the others: there is an away side ticketing gate, full service bathrooms under the away side, and at Homecoming they will have concessions too. Its nice when the visitor side is more than just some fixed bleachers.

I haven't been to IUP, but the way some of you guys describe it does seem like a bit of a speed bump to a degree in recruiting. I don't think guys give a crap about the weight room, and yes you are right $$$ is the overriding factor for sure.
