Mulrooney has connections. Or, he has connections who have connections. He seems to have a pipeline into New England FCS schools that works well in the PSAC. The LB from PSU helped a lot. He got a RB from Alabama. Who does that? And he made it work (backhanded swipe at IUP).
Good points. Even CurtCig couldn't land an Alabama transfer.

Another coach in the East went from 4 wins last year to 9 wins this year. Which is more impressive?

    Start a thread about that.

It’s a shame they didn’t break the streak.

I wanted to watch them tear down the goal posts and put them in her front yard.

I look at the kids in these programs that I had seen in high school, and I see D2 players.

Football is maybe the #3 sport in the students eyes and maybe #4 or #5 in the athletic department eyes. They're in a really tough conference with tons of travel. That stadium wasn't bad 15 years ago but it's starting to show its age. The video board upgrade is nice. At Lock Haven, their one sided stadium looks out over campus and town. At RMU, the one sided stadium looks out over a Burger King and Giant Eagle.

I'd rather have the IUP/SRU job than Bobby Mo any day of the week.
Forget about that part and think about it in terms of him being a younger guy with a family who’s probably making about 85-90K in the middle of nowhere instantly moving to 160K living 20 minutes from downtown Pitt. What would you rather do?
