Think Cal had a WR go to Colorado a couple years back. Cal had a DT from the 2024 season that just committed on his 2nd transfer to Texas Tech. Some of the PSAC kids are getting to the big P4 schools.

Ship had a WR go to Penn State several years back as well.

P5 need a 120 scholarship bodies. This guy probably fills a need in the TE room for Bama as the 6th or 7th TE. Nothing less nothing more. Will be a well paid scout team guy but hey that will be his role and everyone gets paid. D2 is in deep trouble. Only thing that could save it is the Jan 13 vote by the NCAA brass concerning the 5/5 rule.

That's nothing anymore. Used to be that people wanted to hire the college football player and lived vicariously through his pride for the same alma mater. Now they're going to get someone who basically got 120 credits over 5-6 years from 3-4 schools and is bitter that he played the ladder and didn't make it but has mouths to feed and bills to pay.

It’s a new day and age old timer. Some kids don’t want to live in poor old indiana, pa and lose in the 1st or 2nd round of the playoffs. Bigger school and getting paid a bit? Anyone who’s anyone would leave a PSAC school for a bigger opportunity
