Because, apparently, Sean Miller might be in some serious trouble:

Yes, that was why I mentioned his name. He might be giddy to coach Pitt after all of this. Miller didn't do anything that countless other programs do at that level. These big basketball schools make hundreds of millions of dollars on their high profile programs. There is no reason in the world that the players should not be entitled to some remuneration. The NCAA should start paying these guys stipends for their services. A rung by rung pay system with seniors making the most and frosh making the least.

If anyone believes that what Miller did was dirty, underhanded, and evil----they know nothing about college athletics. This is pretty much the norm. Only problem is he got caught red-handed. Great to hear that the FBI is spending their time doing this stuff instead of wasting their time in probing potential threats that may shoot up a school full of high school kids. Really great!

            Sean can't coach from Shawshank.

Will it be mandated by the NCAA that he not coach ever again. If not, then Pitt needs to immediately pounce on him. Who cares if he is going to be considered "damaged goods" for several years? It would be a big improvement over what we have now.

I've talked to quite a few people who crossed paths with Miller over the years and they all said what a first class gentleman he was. He would fire up the Pitt base like no one else out there could.

Good point. Calipari was considered damaged goods when he went to Kentucky.

Pitt scored 7 points in the first half against UVA -- one trey and four FTs.

Yahoo Sports is calling it the worst half ever by a D1 team.

Sean Miller has accusations against him. We haven't heard his side yet.

Apparently, there's some serious doubt about the allegations reported by ESPN against Sean Miller. 247 Sports (affiliated with CBS) apparently refuted portions of the timeline of allegations in ESPN's report. One way or another, Sean Miller is in major limbo as far as his career is concerned, that's for sure.

                              No doubt.

And, also, there's no doubt him and Pitino won't be the last two.

I just respectfully disagree here. Pitt should absolutely pounce on Miller if he becomes available. Okay, I have no real idea what happens with him. If he is not allowed in the college game he will be unemployed for a very short time as the NBA will likely scoop him up the second the damage control timeout is up.

Pitt AD held a press conference the other day on Stullings future. No word on what will happen. Some in the Pittsburgh media speculate that his firing may come as soon as this evening with the conclusion of the regular season. Some say after the ACC tourney. Hard to guess what happens.

Pitt may want to wait and not do anything hasty here unless it is certain that it has a slum dunk hire waiting in the wings. Tom Crean? This Miller mess may take a long while to play out and even then he may not be eligible to even coach. I would love to see him come to Pitt. But it is a long shot at best it seems.

We'll have to see if anything happens tonite after the Pitt-ND game. Should be interesting to see how it all plays out in the coming days or weeks.
