Michigan State has no place in the top 20 after Dantonio did nothing but shuffle the deck chairs on the Titanic to fix his beyond broken offense.

This isn't the first time MSU has gone along with Nike's pandering to the youth with neon green uniforms. The basketball team sported neon green a few years ago. It hurts the eyes but players love it for whatever reason.

MSU-Mankato's colors are purple and gold. They have some really nice looks- sometimes all purple, sometimes all gold, sometimes a mix of the two, and sometimes a mix with either white pants or white jerseys. All look pretty good- I didn't think I'd like the gold but they really look nice, especially in a snowstorm when it is hard to see. But I never liked the black jerseys or worse, the black pants. Purple jerseys with black pants just don't do it for me, especially when it isn't one of your colors. And my high school was orange and black so I love black unis- IF they are your school color.

Not sure why they love the strange combinations, but yes, they seem to. Oregon has proved that in their fashion show.

As the article states, this will help a lot with scholarships. Eat your heart out Grand Valley.

                My favorite actor.

In 1973, UCLA QB Mark Harmon was named an NFF National Scholar Athlete. He will be honored with the NFF Gold Medal at the 2019 Awards Dinner this December

I think I posted this a year ago, but you can argue over who has the best FBS nickname all you want.

This list is completely wrong as it consistently ranks the nickname "Wildcats" near the bottom. "Wildcats" are obviously the best.

I'd like to see someone do D2 by conference and then have a top ten. I'd consider it but we are combining wheat. I might forget or lose interest by the time we get done.

I bet UNA is the only school to have the worst nickname in 2 conferences/divisions, while simultaneously having the best live mascots!

BL would have a SNOIL joke somewhere.

Has PETA ever protested the mascots? They did against Mike the LSU tiger.
