They got a good program but geographically they have to spend little on travel. As D1 travel goes, they have it pretty easy. Plus they have got MACtion on eSECpn to get them viability.

For anyone interested in this topic (and FBS football as a whole), I strongly recommend the "College Football Enquirer" podcast if you are a podcast listener. They do a great job covering college football and are really entertaining. They mentioned both UTEP and Texas State as the likely next targets for the both the PAC12 and MWC. I still think this could end up with some FCS schools making the jump to the MWC. NDSU, SDSU, Montana, & Montana St probably won't have a better opportunity to make that jump if they want it.

Gonzaga is expected to announce their intent to leave the West Coast Conference for the Pac-12.
The Pac-12 would still need two more football members.

Just saw this opinion on Twitter. I asked why UConn is on the bottom. He said that no one can join with them because they are an independent. So I said that Notre Dame, wanted by everyone, is in the same situation. Lots of conferences would take UConn. He said I was on the right track but then told the next guy to make his own list. Your thoughts?
