I can't argue that it is an expectation for NW based on their unprecedented run and maybe spoiled was not the right word to use. Maybe I should have stolen a line from Stripes and used; "Lighten up Francis".

Welcome Sig. Congrats on the win as I never expected it. A big win indeed for the program. Now comes the hard part and getting over the mental hurdle of coming back and playing the king of the MIAA, NW. I'm glad there is not a casino with betting near me as I would bet the farm that Lwood get's curb stomped next week in the 'Ville. Then again, my luck would be that somehow the sky falls and Lwood wins.

On a side note, your breakdown on Indy was spot on. They do not beat themselves and why the QB ever went to SBU is beyond me. 14 dropped a couple of balls and there were three misses on homerun balls otherwise no real mistakes. Indy is a very solid team indeed but the Mules were just better. The defense is playing much better this year and you knew what we have in Bolles.

To me Brister is the real deal and it will be interesting on how he matures.

Didn't I just imply that NW has a "Bye" this upcoming week and thus a trip to the regional championship? I am all in on the Lwood Hater Week. They viewed UCM as their rival and let's just say there is no love lost between the two schools. Y

Listen, I'll not saying the walls are caving in, the foundation is crumbling and it's time to knock it all down and rebuild... But it's definitely time to think about residing the house, putting in some new doors and windows and maybe touching up the paint :)

I sure am glad we won! I believe we will win the next game. I am very happy we have the great great young men involved in the program that we have. I am happy that we have coaches I can talk to after games and who treat our players like I would like my son treated. I am proud we are one of the elite football programs in the united states. I agree with those who don't agree with all play calls. As a former player and coach I realize that every play is not successful but at times they are meant to set others up and others are used to eat clock and most are just screw ups. But If you look at past success the vast number have gained enough to win a few games. We just defeated one of the top defenses in the nation with a team of kids many of which are are playing injured. I am damn proud to be a BEARCAT.

How would you compare UCMs offense with Lindenwoods? Looked like NW D had pretty good success against UCM. Think that might translate to this matchup?
