do what pitt did after they wacked beck. open it up & perform a national search. i doubt very seriously they had any idea they'd be hiring toledo's wr coach at the outset. find the best candidate & get behind him & support him to the best of our ability.Originally posted by TheTrain View PostSo it's time to fire this thread back up... Beyond AD and Lambo, who are the couple coaches on your wish list?Go Bearcats!

I thought it was made pretty clear a few years ago, Lambo's wife had no interest wanting to return to Maryville to live. Maybe she's a big city girl? Regardless, no question Lambo has plenty of pretty fond memories of his playing time at NW and I'm sure the friendships he maintains with Coach T and other Bearcats are on solid ground. But, he's gotta be enjoying the rebuilding success he's in the process of right now at UCM. Pretty sure we all know he's got to have bigger plans down the road for himself and his family. Always thought it was a big mistake to let him get away from NW when he was on the sidelines with Coach T and Bostwick as a graduate assistant coach.Originally posted by GorillaTeacher View PostIt seems Lambo has a pretty sweet gig. I imagine he will move up a classification before he leaves UCM for NWMSU.

Either way, Lamberson is 5-28 without ZZ, 12-2 with him. Do we really know what he is as a HC?Originally posted by ZubCat81 View Post

NW letting him get away was probably the best thing that happened to him. He went out and learned new things, built new connections, etc. All of that is a part of what made him the coach he is today.Originally posted by ZubCat81 View Post
