Don't mean to spam the thread so much - but I found this article from a few days ago from CBS where in part, Coach Glo was interviewed about DeBoer. Really an interesting look at how many coaches with small school stats have faired in the bigs:

Grubb was offered the OC position at Alabama under Saban and declined it to stay with DeBoer. Wouldn't be surprised if he winds up there this time.
