Lincoln claims the 8 seed with an ugly win over Fayetteville State.

Ugly or not, the LIONS have played some of the PSAC best to a standstill. Don't know who they are but....vs ESU 74-81 L, vs KUTZ 84-70 W, vs CAL 86-87 L and vs GU 93-97 L....seems to say they could, on a given night, ambush an overconfident high seed.

They blew the Gannon game. They had it.

Lincoln is a very athletic bunch with good size. They are one of the few teams that probably prefer to play that up-tempo game against a Gannon type.

They are a pretty typical CIAA team. Gifted individual athletes playing a free flowing up tempo game. When they are on, they are a real challenge for any team...but when the shots aren't falling, they seem to lack a plan B.

Yep. Looks like four teams for two spots now: Lock Haven, East Stroudsburg, Concord, and WVSU. The top five should be safe.

That seems correct... although if Gannon is #1 for both genders, each regional will be split between the #1 and #2 seeds.

Another garbage situation. They both should be able to host the whole event for both genders. IUP was getting hosed like that back in 2020 till Covid ruined everything.

Well, Lock Haven lost close (for whatever style points that is worth). WVSU and Millersville both got blasted.

I Millersville was pretty much in before that loss.

I don’t think there’s any drama at this point as far as who gets in. The top seven from this week’s ranking are in and Lincoln boots Lock Haven from the 8 spot. Only question left to me would be does Concord move up a spot or two if they keep winning.
