I dont remember there being finalist. Everyone kind of assume it would be Sather and that's who Olson hired.

Supposedly there were five total finalists but names were never released on the other four.

Yup. It's like he's living in his own bubble. I get the premise of the article is to be happy for the ride we've been on the last few years and be grateful to Sather and wish him the best, but the way the article was presented was weird. Just say "Thanks, Coach" and good luck, don't scold people that aren't resenting anything for being resentful.

Not really...just seems like a dumb account trying to stir the pot. When they say "not good for NSU" instead of "not good for us" makes me think it isn't anyone with Northern

I'd almost garuntee it won't be a former NSU guy but I'm not there yet.

Biggest names brought up are Sunny (of course) Wilbur and a certain someone leaving Duluth...but I dont picture any of those happening.
