His days of being a coach ends when his contract expires. Who is going to want a coach who can't recruit, can't coach offense and can't coach defense? His SIU political connections are long gone. But kudos to him for milking it for 30 years.

Toxicity is spreading as now the baseball team stinks. Smiley is the common dominator to our woes. Smiley needs to go before next coach is hired as there is a good chance he will hire another dud. Or hell Smiley is likely to extend Wod a few more years.
