Mentally disabled conservatives think when other groups they hate and oppress get the same rights As they take for granted, that somehow they lost something.

Ans yes your worthless party does hate us.
They already have the same constitutional rights as every American. If you believe your rights have been violated, take it to court and present your case.

Do you think the Insurrection Act should be invoked to quell the riots, even though local authorities reject the use of the military in their jurisdictions?

Also worth noting that people present the NYT and WAPO as the bastion of journalistic integrity that is 100% accurate and unbiased in their reporting...Rarely have I heard of the NY Post and Washington Times presented is such a glowing journalistic light!

Also worth noting that the NYT and WAPO have OP-ED sections were they proport to present view points and opinions that run counter to the editorial policy of the paper. Clearly as documented by the Weiss and Bennet attacks and firing, even on the OP-ED page discenting opinions will NOT be tolerated! If you can't present a differing opinion on the actual page dedicated to differing opinions, what do you think the chances are of getting any stories, no matter how well sources, that run counter in the "main" body of the paper?? And reporter that might try to do that run the risk of verbal attack and professional castration from supposed collegues and perhaps even being fired by the paper's management.
As I indicated to consider this editorial direction, if it is the case, does not come close to making either of these papers "left wing" unless you are so far right it appears so from your prospective. They would never come close to endorsing the policies of the far left. Center left at the most and that is really very weak.

Funny you use the word equate. Most folks just want to be treated equally...You know tax cuts for EVERYBODY...Healthcare for EVERYBODY...Put yourself in someone else's shoes for a second, and you might see it too...Maybe you are too far up in your ivory tower to notice...

Tell that to folks who had to sit in the back of the bus...In fact, right now there's a very good chance women will lose the right to their own reproductive choices...

            • Article is about IUP, but goes into the categorical breakdowns of the system.

              • Interesting that IUP is considered unstable. It just shows that amount of students don't matter. These schools have a lot of expenses, and can't lose enrollment or their finances are hurt.

                  Depends on where you live....

Given the likely future make up of SCOTUS, I expect these remaining laws will be enforceable within the decade. At that time all Americans will once again, by law, not have the same rights. Also expect to see the Voting Rights Act of 1965 neutered if not voided entirely. Of course, Roe will be gone by the end of '21.

Most of the schools are still staffed for the 2010-11 peak. Any dip in revenue hurts, but a 30% drop really hurts. Chipping away at their reserves isn't good. West Chester's reserves are keeping everyone afloat.

And you fail to point out that this law was struck down as unconstitutional...17 years ago.

Yea and it is also illegal to practice occult arts in Oregon...in RI you can get up to 20 years for slitting someones nose or ear...in NC you can't hold a meeting while wearing a mask...in NY you can only wear a mask if you receive "proper approval"...in NH a fetus at 20-weeks becomes a person entitled to legal protection, except if the mother wants to have an abortion. In that case, the "person" is not protected...in Nebraska it is illegal to get married if you have a venerial disease...in Mississippi it is illegal to have two illegitimate children...in Mass it is illegal to sing the Star Spangled Banner incorrectly...in Maryland, you can't curse in public...in GA it is illegal to eat fried chicken with a fork...in Arkansas it is against the law to pronounce the name of the state incorrectly...and in Alabama, it is illegal to have, keep, sell or use silly string and snap pops.

My personal favorite, in Florida it is illegal to become a member of or advocate for any anarchist or communist group or organization.

The unchecked attacks by fellow reporters on Weiss and the forced resignation of Bennet speak LOUDLY about the state of the current news room across the nation...Only one political view will be tolerated and if you stray from that, you open yourself up to personal attacks and run a real risk of being fired. If you are a report at the NYT, WAPO or almost any other news paper across the US and you have ANY "non-conforming" view points, EVERY day you go to work you are going into a hostile work environment.

Journalism, true journalism, is uncovering of facts, pro and con, and presenting them in context. If you ignore facts that don't conform with your view OR sque facts to to meet a particular purpose, you are not a journalist...you are an editorialist. And a paper that allows and often openly encourages this is not being fair and impartial in it's reporting regardless of it's public statements. That is what the NYT has allowed itself to become...little more that the unofficial propaganda outlet for the left-wing democratic socialist movement.
But Fox News and Breitbart are fair and balanced?

And infants will get protection at the point of conception.

If they have so much in reserves why do they need so many walk ons for foosball?
