Lost in all this chaos is the fact Millersville is 2-0 again West Chester and was ranked ahead of them in the last region rankings. This could play a large factor barring any chaos from Seton Hill or the two MEC teams.

Ville was ahead of WCU in the latest regional rankings, so that might make sense. But as bigIndians said before, I'm not sure if the committee pays attention to "good losses" in the conference tourney or not.
In truth, if all 3 teams lost, one might make the argument that their positions in the rankings simply stay the same week-to-week which would mean Charleston gets the bid (assuming Glenville or Concord doesn't win the MEC).

I think it will be Charleston vs Glenville State in the women's championship game of the MEC.
I try not to put much emphasis on first round games, but I was not that impressed with Fairmont or West Liberty. D&E had a good game plan; just too many late turnovers. I always think Concord is a real threat. Their coach is very good as a game day manager on the sideline. Glenville State does have some talent on the men's side.

The 8th team may be Millersville. They beat WC twice this year.Originally posted by boatcapt View PostTop 8 from SR1:
