Lost in all this chaos is the fact Millersville is 2-0 again West Chester and was ranked ahead of them in the last region rankings. This could play a large factor barring any chaos from Seton Hill or the two MEC teams.

IUPAlum had a good point. It may be Millersville over West Chester. I forgot about the Marauders.

Ville was ahead of WCU in the latest regional rankings, so that might make sense. But as bigIndians said before, I'm not sure if the committee pays attention to "good losses" in the conference tourney or not.

In truth, if all 3 teams lost, one might make the argument that their positions in the rankings simply stay the same week-to-week which would mean Charleston gets the bid (assuming Glenville or Concord doesn't win the MEC).

I think it will be Charleston vs Glenville State in the women's championship game of the MEC.

I try not to put much emphasis on first round games, but I was not that impressed with Fairmont or West Liberty. D&E had a good game plan; just too many late turnovers. I always think Concord is a real threat. Their coach is very good as a game day manager on the sideline. Glenville State does have some talent on the men's side.

I think the Seton Hill men might be in with a win in the semis.

They've had some good wins, but also several bad losses (I realize they had some injury problems). I think it would be a stretch with 12 losses already.

Glenville State takes care of business on the women's side. Charleston had a little tougher game than I thought they would. They move on in a game that had the feel of playing in an empty warehouse.

The 8th team may be Millersville. They beat WC twice this year.

Well Cal. Got the win! Guess that's why they play the game.

Yup. Didn't think they could do it in Erie. Quite a year in the PSAC.
