ESPN is reporting he's going to get in range of $4m to play for the Hurricanes in 2025.

Beck’s an interesting case; he’s RS senior but he’s also only 22 per Wikipedia. I imagine if he’d had another year like his first as a starter he’d be gone but he regressed in multiple areas. A bounceback year at Miami could still get him some draft consideration given he’d be about the same age as guys like McDaniels and Burrow were on draft night. I don’t know if he’s got the tools/skills to play his way up to a first round grade but I don’t blame him for possibly cashing $4mil to see if he can at least get back into the mid-rounds conversation rather than rolling the dice now.

Nick Singleton and Kaytron Allen both announced today that they are returning to Penn State in '25. Looks like they are keeping their backfield intact.

I think he’s also a little fed up with the Bulldog fan base and the way he’s been treated. Right or wrong, I can see why the kid wanted a change of scenery that came with more cash than most of us have in our IRA’s and having his girl around full time.

Penn State should be better next year than they were this year, assuming they get some WR talent. Other teams will be better too so it doesn’t guarantee anything, but both of those guys agreeing to stay another year together speaks volumes.
