Google tells me his salary at JMU is $425,000 this year. Bronco Mendenhall had a base salary of $3.4 million at Virginia this year.

I think so, too. Not only is it the next step up the ladder, it comes with a life changing paycheck. I hope he gets this, or another opportunity at that level.
