Terri Steeb Gronau told me they have 36 football scholarships. There is your proof.

West numbers went down for every school. East had 4 go up. Everyone talking about haves and have nots, but statistics say more parity. Lock Haven was at the bottom in the west, and now the east. Overall, not as big a spread in the league as there was 10 years ago.
