Yes, but that was before they got the week 0 game which put them at 11 games again. It just takes both schools to agree, not one school saying they have a matchup lined up so we aren’t going to schedule you now.

Understood, both teams need to agree. Pitt can play in week 4. They don't need to agree on just a week 10 alternative.

NSU would need to find a team on its open week if they wanted to get to 11. Assuming they scheduled a week 0 team. Some moving pieces but week 0 gave flexibility for teams to stagger their bye week and shuffle.

I think the question is why would they bother shifting around their bye and stuff for us, when nearly the entire conference is trying the same thing.
