  • Re: PSAC WEST

It would take about 5 minutes to update the roster. They typically add the bio's later. The IUP women's roster was out in July.

It's not a coincidence that Joe, Reynolds and Reilly are ALWAYS the last to post their roster.

Adds to the intrigue, I suppose.

The focus is probably on the fall sports before they get a chance to prepare for winter sports. And I assume that's the case for most of the other schools.
Maybe THAT's how the PSAC schools are trying to balance their budgets, by cutting SID staff!! Hahahaha!!!!

In some instances, social media is taking over where the SID is falling flat. @CalUofPAWBB has announced all but one of the newbie signings and posted a lot of candid shots of the players in various groupings. @CaluHoops has posted some but has not been nearly as outgoing.

They are just following orders from their control freak coaches. Schools can say the AD is the boss of the athletic department all they want. The AD, SID, etc., all don't move a muscle at IUP without the green light from Bravado Joe.

Although IUP has not posted its updated 2018-19 roster like Clarion and UPJ, IUP did announce its newcomers in a news release on 7/23/18 https://iupathletics.com/news/2018/7...px?path=mbball.

This is more info on incoming frosh and transfers than has been released by SRU, Gannon, Cal, Seton Hill and Edinboro.

My guess would be by July 23 SRU probably only had a couple players signed. Tony is pretty good about that one summer update. That was actually a little later than usual.

I think the IUP crowd is all awaiting the 'official' announcement of the unnamed player in this incoming class (Morrow's former spot). It's a bombshell.

Is this "bombshell" transfer immediately eligible to play this year? That will help narrow down the field a bit.

                          He better play this year.

I became a fan last year. He impressed me as the season wore.

As they say pick the school and not the coach.

Things happen, but, man, ... bouncing a week before camp starts?

                                Wow.
