A lot of the East teams don't have the '21-'22 roster posted, either. Mansfield roster shows 10 freshmen and a couple of sophs.

    • The new court at Clarion was officially dedicated/named after alum (Kentucky coach) John Calipari ... 'Coach Cal Court'

      It looks pretty sharp.

          • Mercyhurst roster is up.

Looks like they brought in some nice size.

The headliner of the class appears to be Ciaron Sandy (6'7", 225 lbs). Holy Cross to Miami-Dade to Mercyhurst. They beat out Gannon for him among others. He looks to be a real nice fit in that system.

As we knew, they also signed former UPJ player Marcin Wiszomirski. Not a star but a solid guy who has been around a long time.

Other than that, it looks like all their starting guards returned.

They did have a couple key post player departures.

Ship will get a look at them early when we host them Dec. 3, followed by Gannon on Dec. 4.

They're Sandy's third school and he is listed as a freshman. Interesting.

                  • Edinboro's roster is up.

Looks like they added some nice experience on top of what they had added last year:

Cyrie Coates, a 6-6 guard transfer from Texas A&M Corpus Christie
Ryan Ladjevich, 6-4 guard from Sharpsville
Terrence Moore, 6-7 forward transfer from Shippensburg
Davon Pete, a 6-5 forward transfer from Butler Community College (KS)
Bryce Spriggs, a 6-1 guard transfer from CCBC

Moore, as I recall, never actually played at Shippensburg -- but he did play at West Chester prior to that.

Could be a nice year for the 'Boro. Lot of nice size.

Good size doesn't always mean they are good.

I get that but compared to the past several Boro teams, this should be a much better team. Moore and Keyes, while neither has played in years, could be a really nice combo. One thing for sure ... they have plenty of dudes old enough to buy beer on that team. LOL.

The West isn't going to be an easy ride this year.

When they can stay healthy, they can compete. That low scholarship total leaves little room for error.

They were healthy is 2019 and got pounded! Simpson might cry again.

Again, lowest scholarship total in the west.
