Make it 8 regions and expand to 32 teams where four teams make the playoffs in each region for the first two rounds.

Region 1 - Pee Sack and NE 10.
Region 2 - GMAC and MEC
    Region 3- CIAA and SAC
Region 4 - GSC and SIAC
Region 5 - GAC and LSC
Region 6 - GLIAC and GLVC
Region 7 - NSIC and RMAC

..and Region 8 can just be the MIAA Where after an 11 game SILO schedule they can have their own circle jerk to their greatness and have their top 4 teams in regional playoff to themselves and watch Northwest win that every year too.

Then you rank all 8 winners where the power teams will get the top dpots and get to host and then you get your final four wishes and then you all will ***** on here in a dick wagging contest that your team should have been the host for the Semi Finals

I should run not only the Pee Sack but the entire level.

That’s all this is about. You both got stuck in the same region. That’s not our problem. I gave you the fix. Flip the MIAA and NSIC. You should be playing Minnehaha State in the region not Northwest.

Iys hysterical how BIG fans from the Midwest hated eastern teams joining but in D2 you want a Midwest conference in and Eastern Region. Make up your minds.

I don't understand what we're arguing. You already admitted SR1 doesn't care about being good nationally. But then you're arguing SR1 is good nationally. So.

The mission of D2 is regional. The basketball playoffs are regional. Baseball is regional and the winners advance to the championship round in the same place in North Carolina. You don’t like the regional format move up or shut up. That is all there is to it.

GV and Northwest are big fish in a smaller pond full of smaller fish. Your schools choose to stay in a small college level. GV is not a small college. You could be another useless MAC school. You should be an FCS school at most. You choose to stay at a level where most schools are far smaller. So stop *****ing when they don’t live up to your expectations when your school won’t man Up and move up. None of us peons are asking for any changes to make it easier for us. We just like the way it is because it gives each region a tournament and the elite teams still wind up in the title game. If a semi final game against Region 1 is a ticket punched to the finals why do you want to change it?

The last time GV made a Seni Final they lost to a team in Region 1 who is now in the Pee Sack. Opps.

NW Missouri has won 10 national semifinal games, and won six titles. The idea that they haven't proven themselves one of the top programs is laughable lol. All because your IUP squad has never been able to even make it to a national semifinal or national championship to face them lol.

MIAA has proven year after year in the playoffs that they are one of the best, because they keep winning national semifinal games against conferences and regions from all around the country. Maybe if the PSAC actually starts winning some semifinal games or national titles, people will respect them.

Lost in 1994 - made playoffs, lost to IUP again, as it should be. Lost in 1995 - didn't make playoffs. Made playoffs in 1998 - Lost to Slippery Rock. Made playoffs in 2001 and...oh gosh, what happened? Went undefeated, beat down Bloomsburg in the first round, lost the national title game by 3 points with a wide receiver playing QB. 2002 - beat UC Davis on their way to FCS, demolished IUP in the playoffs, demolished UNC on their way to FCS, won the title. 2003 - beat FCS UC Davis, went to the playoffs, demolished Bentley, won the title. It's almost like he proved after losing to IUP a bunch that he needed to keep improving, and when he did, he beat a bunch of teams that were great programs, and then showed playoff success and won championships.

Thus far, not a single team currently in SR1 has shown themselves capable of consistently beating good programs in D2 outside of their own region.

I'm not sure why this is even a discussion. It's all right there in black-and-white, where current SR1 schools have only made it to the national title game five times in 50 years, and lost all five times. Not a single national championship resides with current SR1 schools. Because y'all suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck.
    ..and Region 3 swallows.

We still get our 7 playoff slots. We still get our regional playoffs and the GLIAC and MIAA won’t get their way. Love it!

Suffer in Region 3…it’s what you deserve.

Your Bearcats have never played in Pennsylvania. How good would they be so far from hime? We’ll never know.

The only time IUP played you guys (on your field…where Friggen else) we barely made the playoffs that season. They Made it to the final four and only lost by 8 to the Bearcats. We ended up being one of the final four teams despite not having a record going into the playoffs thst said they’d get that far.

The only way you way works is everyone playing multiple farOOC games each season meaning your Bearcats would need to show their faces in Pennsylvania from time to time.

The MIAA plays a full conference schedule. You literally played the worst team in Region 1 last season. Next.

This is just an exercise to see how the playoffs can be made up so the top teams in the MIAA, GLIAC and GSC all get the top seeds in every playoff and make the have nots grovel and force them to travel their fields every post season. In this scenario, IUP would never see a home playoff game because we would always been deemed inferior and forced on the road every time we made it in.

It's about making the playoff field in D2 more uneven and making the rich get richer.

The playoff format is fine. The elite always win the title.
