The RB didn’t throw him to the ground. Your guy fell when he was hit. Just stop making **** up! He hit him hard and your guy couldn’t handle it.

The high school already shares its youth organization and high school team with a neighboring school district, and ours is 3A.

We've gotta get used to things of our past fading away as there are fewer kids but more choices. By 2030 there will be half as many high school students than 2010.
True that. Kutztown offers women's bowling and acrobatics and tumbling, but they also have men's baseball and wrestling. Anyway you make a good point. Looking back, since my past is fading away, when I attended Bloom men's basketball games, they had a Jayvee game before the varsity game. Now we have women's basketball games before or after the men's games. It's a better set up.

    2) Game plan on both sides of the ball was god awful for the first quarter or so. WTF did Tort and his boys see on film?

    3) Once getting away from the run, why so many damn fade routes to a 5’ 9” Deabner? God awful!

    4) Karst obviously doesn’t see the field well. He had guys open and threw to covered ones. Thank god for some interference penalties to offset that deficiency.

The reversed targeting call turned into unnecessary roughness happened in the Edinboro Bloomsburg game. All targeting gets reviewed in the second half and it was explained to me they can be amended. I think that's BS. Both seemed to be incidental violent contact. That happens. But targeting needs intent. I'd argue so does unnecessary roughness. Throw the flag then explain upon review there was not likely intent to injure or contact was incidental.

Women's Wrestling becomes a fully sanctioned NCAA sport in 2025-26. The first NCAA tournament is Spring 2026.

When the conversation in the college wrestling world comes up about which schools could add wrestling (add it back) IUP's name is often mentioned. it is situated in a wrestling-rich area and it would seem to have the resources. Indiana itself was never a "wrestling town." Slippery Rock is mentioned more. SRU was once a strong national program and has had D1 national champions. As I understand it, SRU still maintains a wrestling club team.

Ironically, the KCAC has become a popular venue to hold national HS and youth tournaments. These tournaments bring in several hundred young wrestlers, their family and friends, and coaches. When they started out, KCAC was criticized because they didn't really know how to manage those tourneys well but they have learned, apparently, and it is a top venue for that kind of event.

Men are still recruited at a higher rate, although maybe someday things will change.
