A few strange things in the regional rankings: Commerce swept Tarleton and are now ranked below them and Im kinda surprised Colo Christian didnt jump to 4th after taking 2 of 4 from Mesa last weekend.

TSU taking 2 of 3 from ASU really boosted their ranking. As ASU 2010 said, The RMAC is really soft this year. Most CCU wins just do not carry as much weight as win against the top half of the LSC. If ASU wins out and Mesa drops another, they could swap places.

WT's Ashley Hardin hit her 79th and 80th career home runs against ENM yesterday. Quite a career. Hits for average, power, and a great center fielder. The complete package. A multi-year AA. Her number will soon be retired with other WT AA outfielders, Kim LeComte and Renee Irwin.

WT's Ashley Hardin hit her 79th and 80th career home runs against ENM yesterday. Quite a career. Hits for average, power, and a great center fielder. The complete package. A multi-year AA. Her number will soon be retired with other WT AA outfielders, Kim LeComte and Renee Irwin.

Her "number" is already retired as it was worn by Lemos. Yes, that makes no sense.

I agree with all the rest. The only thing she is lacking is sole ownership of the grand slam record.

Commerce swept TWU this weekend. I really hate that they walked Mariah Jameyson 11 times in the 3 games while she is one of the top contenders for DII POY. On the plus side, when they didnt walk her she went 4-4 with 3 home runs and about 8 RBI.
