It should be 100% doable with Kingsville, ENMU, Western Oregon, and Sul Ross at home and Midwestern should be a win on the road.

For me its a moot point and need to get to 7 wins with an upset of UTPB or Angelo.

Western Oregon, Kingsville and Eastern New Mexico are all losses. The only wins left are Sul Ross and Midwestern.

WT defense has given up over 160 points in 4 games.

I agree it should be, but I think this scenario is slightly more likely than Dallas winning the Super Bowl.

Is your current offense the problem? Of course not.

You don't have to believe me. Whether you believe me or not, I'm just telling you the perception of the program from outside. I couldn't care less.

Nobody said we were forced to promote from within. The previous DC got a head coaching job, so the AD didn't cause him to leave.

Before the season started I predicted 5-6 with a possible 4-7. Now I am thinking 3-8 is possible.

They brought in one of the top OCs in the nation. They should have brought in a new DC instead of promoting from within.

Lynn coached a year under the old AD. He sucked then and now. Good coaches don't take years to get to .500. Lynn is making Nesbitt and Hughes look good.

Well, the word on the street is that your new AD is impossible to work for, so until you guys get rid of him, it won't get better even if you guys fire Lynn, because word is getting out to coaches not to work for that guy.

Which is hurting Lynn's ability to hire assistants. Which is how I heard about it, directly from a WT person who fled Canyon. And it wasn't because of Lynn.

And you don't have to take my word for it - Lynn has won literally everywhere else, and the most cursory look on LinkedIn at the turnover of WT Athletics will confirm my above statement. A guy who won a share of a conference title at ENMU didn't suddenly forget how to coach football.

They decide to build a New Stadium when Carthel was keeping the Buffs in the top 10 and a power house in D2. Well they fire Carthel and its been down hill for many years now. No way can WT keep the current coach. Largest school in the LSC and defense is awful.. no rushing game.. Sad.

Looks like my original guess of 1-4 for opening the season will be right because I don't see much of a chance that WT can keep up with WOU.

The next win will be against Sul Ross, then maybe ENMU and MSU will round out the wins. So 4-7 for the year.

Congratulations to CWU, one of the best teams in D2. It looks like a nice place to watch a game.
