      Shepherd isn't fully funded.

Gannon is just a LIT AF disaster of a program.

Tony33 is arranging for Mercvyhurst to join the SEC.

It's not exactly a hotbed. But you only need one every four years.

Most of these types of scholarships will have a sentence stating that if no one is available from Armstrong that someone from an adjoining county, or at the Coaches discretion, something like that. SO the armstrong guys get first shot, but there is usually some flexibility built in.

The last I heard Shepherd hovers around the 20 equivalent scholarships for football.

No matter how close the private schools are to being "fully funded", they can cut those scholarships in half and offer them to student-athletes and the student-athlete could STILL walk-on to other public PSAC programs and beat their "offer".

The lights at Miller Stadium are used more frequently for intramural flag football and soccer than varsity sports. That's a true story.

Probably an LED upgrade as well. I remember once being told the cost of turning on halogen football field lights. The cost was $1,000 but I don't recall the time variable.

WR Cam Turner is an interesting player. Not sure where he's been the last two years but he may be a nice find. He was a player I thought they may have signed two years ago but didn't offer at the time. He went through spring ball with the team last month.

He's a former high school teammate of Justice Evans (at Kiski prior to Justice going to Central Catholic). He was used all over the place in high school.

What stands out to me on his Hudl highlight is his ability to come down with the ball in traffic. He also seems to have some speed when he gets in the open. He might be a good possession receiver that they'd use in the slot some and also in their bubble screen game, probably to block. He has a nasty streak and looked good on defense as well.

As for where he's been, maybe he just didn't want to go to school right out of high school? Hard to say, but as you said he could be an interesting player.
