There were a few changes in the D2Football.com Top 25 following the action in Week 0. Northwest Missouri State fell out of the poll and was replaced by MIAA rival Fort Hays State. The Wildcats entered the poll after a 21-7 home victory over Angelo State. Minnesota State moved into the Top 10 after an impressive win at Northwest Missouri. The Mavericks moved from No. 11 in the preseason to No. 8 this week. Ferris State remains in the Top 10 but fell from No. 3 to No. 9 after the season opening loss at No. 3 Pittsburg State.
