It would just be tweets of me making fun of other schools.

Well, if he does deal with it at least it would be more than the spineless Indiana DA was willing to do. Guess it would have been bad for the ole election bid. Geez!

Indiana is beyond a corrupt town. Okay, if there was a legit reason for him to recuse himself and his office from the case then we should get to hear what it was.

And how did this take nearly two years to get into print in the local edition?

It's going to be a tough case. He said. She said. I'm sure he'll have a big-time attorney.

A former IHS star who now plays at James Madison is in some legal trouble for an event that allegedly took place two years ago near the IUP campus. It was in the Gazette this past Saturday so it's not a secret any longer.

Given how close the families are, He had to recuse himself. If the kid is found not guilty, no one would have believed the DA didn't throw the case.

                              What a piss poor excuse.

If he was that drunk she should have drop kicked him in the balls.

There's a lot to this story. Tons to it actually.

We want mob rule and social media to decide and uphold the law in a social justice world. The #metoo movement has empowered a lot of people to falsely accuse men, and a lot of young men, of committing awful crimes against women. I'm not suggesting this is a false accusation, but I am saying that I no longer jump to conclusions on anything anymore when these stories pop up.

The legal process will play itself out. If there's evidence to show he committed a crime, he'll be found guilty. This is a tough case though. It's two years old and like IUPBigIndians said, there's a lot of "he said, she said" to it.
