In all seriousness, there won't be any suspensions over the (fake) brawl. It was a big MLB dust-up. Nothing more. A bunch of players jumping around and yapping.

The video won't show anything more. Embarrassing, of course.

The IUP vs Gannon brawl was an actual fight. This was just a waste of time and effort.

It was the most fight IUP showed all day.

GO TORT !!! As the brawl almost happened, Jim Smith called the prevent defense. It shockingly didn't work.

I've officially nicknamed Tort ... The King of Clarion.

It could be a new sitcom on campus TV.

It's a new day. And, it's one day closer to Tort retiring (and a new coach not retaining all of Tort's BFF's.

So unless you can prove it was just IUP wanting to fight and not Edinboro fans provoking it with their big mouths because then it’s just a false narrative. LIT AF would start crap right from the start. So prove it was one sided. I’m not taking non IUP people’s word for it..because it’s always an agenda and you all are haters.
Watch the end of the broadcast for yourself.

IUP trying to fight everyone in the stadium after a bad loss is completely unacceptable. Bunch of fake tough guys that just got pushed around on the field trying to turn it into a street fight is a very clear indication of the lack of discipline and leadership within the program. It's an embarrassment, no other way to say it. And honestly for a fan base that has done nothing but take jabs at Gannon the last few years for similar antics you should be ashamed of what took place but not one comment. interesting to say the least.

Makes me wonder if it was the DB and WR from that PI call. But the coaches being jagoffs is on Tort.

Sounds like IUP needs the return of Lou Tepper's "tough and classy" regime.

LOL just posted similar. IUP faithful should watch that part of the broadcast. The one I watched is probably some doofus grad assistant but still a punk. It's always the lowest level and youngest tenured coaches who think they're hot **** for making $12,000 as a part time assistant.

The late game first down before looked weird on the broadcast. The line judge closest to the ball looked like he spotted the ball almost a yard further than the one next to the sticks, so I trust his call more. The targeting call on IUP was BS. Looked like a hard shoulder hit.
I trust my own eyes more. It was a yard short of a first down. And, yes, the targeting call was bogus from what I could see. Granted, it was a point of view that was about 2 football fields away. IUP lost a key player in the secondary on that one.

I know it sounds like such a homer thing to say and I keep saying it, but Edinboro isn't a bad team. They got jobbed at the end of the Bloomsburg game and took Slippery Rock to the limit. Nulph is a great coach and a strong recruiter. His liability is the glass ceiling for fundraising at Edinboro, although he's been able make a new locker room and turf happen. Regardless, Nulph is 2-2 versus IUP.
So I guess we found our next coach.

    :-)

Boro had a really interesting schedule to start the year. Hard to tell exactly where they are at. They played ESU and SRU tough but weren't competitive with Kutz and have a bad loss against Bloom. solid wins at RMU and IUP. The balance of their schedule are all winnable games on paper. Not out of the question that they could run the table and things start to look really good for Nulph but i honestly don't see that happening. My guess is they win 2-3 more games and end up at that 4-7 to 5-6 range.
