That wouldn't suggest to me that it would be exclusively NCC schools. I went to Wayne, Winona and maybe Mankato.

Yep a MN conference would be great if SCSU and UMC had football. Since they don't I wouldn't invite them. So USF, Augie, and Wayne it is. Sioux Falls is damn near a Minnesota city anyway

I really don't think the U of Mn Board of Regents would allow a second U of Mn School to go D-I and be in competition with the Goofers (sans hockey, of course)
