No way he said that ? No way !Originally posted by NSU4LIFE View PostVolleyball coach said "we can't have a tougher schedule than what we have in our conference right now."
Well, I guess time will tell on that.
I find it amazing because prior to Jamestown, Hegerle was an assistant at Marshall HS and his sister played at SMSU so he knows this isn't true.
Yes, the GPAC has many good teams, but cmon.

I take it to mean they can't get a tougher schedule than they have right now in the NAIA. I think they know it will get tougher in the NSIC.Originally posted by NSU4LIFE View PostMillsy

I would say GPAC would be one of the tougher NAIA volleyball schedules

Told you it’s been a done deal, might take Valley City after Dakota State, better chance Mayville State closes soon.Originally posted by Dan Brookens View PostDakota State will be in the NSIC when Wayne leaves to go down south. Mayville and Valley City would be wise to go D3 and join up with the UMAC

The Frontier Conference commissioner has been vocal about wanting to expand recently. I believe part of it is that they want to get up to 12 football members so they can get a second autobid to the NAIA playoffs, from what I saw. In any case, the Frontier has made it clear that the NSAA schools have a landing spot for 2025 and beyond, and that the geography isn't an issue for them-- it's more of an issue of whether the geography is an issue for the NSAA schools, and whether they want to make frequent trips out to Montana (as well as Arizona and Oregon for the football team) for their games.Originally posted by laker View PostThe North Star is disbanding.
