Witt had eight total touchdowns in Chowan's 73-7 win over Winston-Salem. He got five of those through the air while throwing for 423 yards on 36-of-43 passing.

He also carried the ball six times for 48 yards and three touchdowns.

Hamilton picked off three passes on the way to helping CWU upset Midwestern State. Those interceptions came on three stright drives in the fourth quarter and totalled 58 yards in returns.

He also made 10 tackles, including 1.5 tackles for loss.

Dwinell had another in a long line of outstading performances for CSUP. In a 19-13 overtime win over Colorado Mesa, he averaged 53.4 yards on seven punts. Four of those punts landed inside the CMU 20-yard line.
