Special Teams

Griffin Milovanski

Wayne State earned its first GLIAC win over the weekend with a 23-21 victory over Michigan Tech. The win would not have been possible without the kicking of Griffin Milovanski. On a windy day in Detroit, Milovanski converted on all three of his field goal attempts from 22, 38 and 47 yards. He also hit both PATs for a total of 11 points. On kickoffs, he averaged 51.8 yards on five kicks with two recorded touchbacks.
