Harding Advances to National Championship Game

For the second time in school history, Harding will compete for the NCAA Division II National Championship. The Bisons (15-0) defeated Kutztown on Saturday afternoon at Andre Reed Stadium to earn a trip to the national final. Harding will face Ferris State who won the other semifinal matchup over Newberry earlier on Saturday. The Bisons and Bulldogs have met twice in their history, with both games occuring in the post season. Ferris State defeated Harding 41-7 one year ago in the national quarterfinal round. Harding was victorious in the only prior meeting in the 2017 postseason. Harding is seeking a second national championship. The Bisons won the 2023 national title 38-7 over Colorado School of Mines, completing an undefeated season. The 2025 championship game will take place at McKinney ISD Stadium in McKinney, Texas on Saturday, Dec. 20. The game will air live on ESPN2 at 4pm, eastern time.
