The Bobcats are the defensing Mountain East Champions and are coming off one of their best seasons in recent memory with a quarterfinal spot in the NCAA Division II playoffs. The Rams, who are playoff regular, are coming off of a season where they lost four straight games to open the year before rallying back with seven straight wins to finish 7-4. These are two potential playoff teams. Getting the win here will be a significant start to the season.
