Monroe

Monroe University has applied for provisional membership in Divsion II. The Univeristy and its athletics programs will be transitioning from a junior college model to a four-year institutional model. As a prospective member with many games against Division II opponents, the program is being represented on the D2Foootball.com website as an Independent. However, Monroe will not offcially be considered a Division II program until the University is accepted into the provisional membership process. That is expected to occur in fall, 2026 or winter, 2027.
